Mark Pearson
Academy Director
Mark has been a PGA Professional for over 30 years, giving over 30,000 lessons to golfers of all standards. He has coached winners on all of Europe's Professional Tours and prides himself on developing golfers to their maximum potential. He believes in a no stone unturned process of fact based coaching. He is a former Academy Director at the PGA National Academy, The Belfry.
His company Performance Managed Golf now operates and manages successful Golf Academies.
Brian Ridley
PGA Teaching Professional
Brian has been involved in the game since 1982, he's worked at home and abroad building up an in depth knowledge of the golf swing, he works with players of all abilities from beginners, intermediates through to international players and professionals.
He is a certified AimPoint instructor. AimPoint is the WorldsNo1 green reading system.

Matthew Richardson

‘Matt brings an enthusiastic approach to coaching players of all abilities, using his experience from a degree in Applied Golf Management Studies and working at a prestigious Surrey golf club. His belief is to strive for improvement using a holistic approach, measuring quantitative improvements at every stage.
He is passionate to promote golf for juniors and beginners through both Get into Golf and Fuel schemes.’
